Over a year and a half ago after the launch of the POCOPHONE F1. The Xiaomi’s former sub-brand POCO has finally revealed the official launch date of its first smartphone following it becoming a independent company brand. The device is called POCO X2 is arriving on Tuesday 4th of February.
According to a recent tweet from the POCO India, the upcoming POCO X2 smartphone will be launched on 4th of February 2020 at an event in New Delhi.
The company also launched an advertising campaign on its official website which reveals a few details about the upcoming phone that prepares the public and press for the debut of the company's upcoming new smartphone.
The phone will feature a high refresh rate display for "extreme gaming", liquid cooling, 64MP camera and Qualcomm chipset most likely, a Sony IMX 686 primary sensor.
The POCO X2 will be powered by a Snapdragon 730G SoC, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The device will feature a 120Hz high refresh rate display, and a 4,500mAh battery with support for 27-watt fast charging.
As of today, the company has neither confirmed nor denied these claims.
