It comes with 8GB of RAM and is powered by a 4100mAh battery. The Vivo S7e 5G supports proprietary fast charging.
As for the cameras, the Vivo S7e 5G on the rear packs a 64-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.89 aperture; a second 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a third 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. Connectivity options on the smartphone include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.00, and USB Type-C. Sensors on the Vivo S7e 5G include ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor. The smartphone supports face unlock.
