Vivo has launched the ‘Vivo Y75’ in India as the latest Y-series smartphone. The device comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset and 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W charging support. In addition, the handset also features a waterdrop notch for the selfie snapper, a rectangular layout to house triple camera sensors headlined by a 50MP primary camera.
Vivo Y75 5G comes equipped with a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD display with 2408×1080 pixels resolution, 20:07:9 aspect ratio. The display also has a 2.5D flat edges, 96 percent NTSC colour gamut, and Blue light filter. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 coupled with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB storage that can be further expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card.
In terms of optics, the Vivo Y75 5G features a triple rear cameras that includes a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 2MP sensor for depth, and a 2MP macro sensor. The camera support features like night mode, portrait, pano, live photo, slow motion, time-lapse, pro and documents. At the front, it has a 16MP snapper for selfies and video chats. The smartphone runs Android 11-based Funtouch OS 12 custom skin out of the box.
The Vivo Y75 5G draws power from a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging support. Connectivity features of the smartphone include 5G, 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, BEIDOU, GLONASS, and USB Type-C port. The handset is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.In terms of dimensions, it measures 164 × 75.84 × 8.25mm in thickness and weighs 188 grams.
For pricing and availability, the Vivo Y75 5G price in India is set at Rs 21,990 for the single 8GB + 128GB storage variant. The smartphone was launched in two colour options–Glowing Galaxy and Starlight Black colours. The handset is already available via online e-commerce platform website and offline stores.
