BTS's Jin officially leaves for military service today, Tuesday December 13, 2022. He is serving in the army as an active soldier. Jin became the first member to enlist in the military. The other six members, RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, (Kim Tae-hyung) V, and Jungkook will follow next following their respective schedules.

Quoted from Yonhap, Jin's motorcade and those accompanying the idol arrived at the training site at around 13.40 South Korean time. The six members and also a number of BIGHIT Music staff accompanied them. Unlike when other K-Pop idols were enlisted, this time the security around the training area was tightened. Around 300 military personnel, police and firefighters were deployed.

Previously, BIGHIT Music had asked journalists and fans not to come to the training location. However, this cannot be avoided, so a medical team and an ambulance are also stationed at the location to prevent unwanted things. Various banners that welcomed the arrival of Jin and the youths who were required to undergo military service were also seen around the training location area.

"We welcome the arrival of Kim Seok Jin BTS (Jin's real name) and all military personnel who will be serving military service," read one of the banners. Shortly after Jin BTS officially entered the training camp, the six BTS members also provided updates via their Twitter account.

RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook were seen taking pictures with Jin. "Our hyung (older brother in Korean)! Go and come back in good health! We love you!" BTS wrote in the photo caption. Trending topics on Twitter are now filled with Jin BTS. Many fans are praying virtually for Jin to carry out his obligations smoothly and return in good health.

"Always be healthy, Seok Jin! We wish you the best. I also send love to the other six members!" wrote one fan. "The fact that they shared this photo and included us all in their important moment is what moves me the most. We are all one big family!" added another fan. It is known, BTS's Jin will undergo military service for 18 months.
