Former HOOK Entertainment manager Mr. A reveals the true nature of his CEO Kwon Jin Young. It was revealed that Lee Seung Gi was often forced to go to karaoke to cheer up Kwon Jin Young's drunken friends. The actor will be called in the early morning by the CEO of HOOK Entertainment to come to the Cheongdam-dong area.

But according to Mr. A, At that time Lee Seung Gi lived in Sanggye-dong which was far from that area. "CEO Kwon Jin Young drank with his friends at night. Then at dawn he called Lee Seung Gi and told him to sing," said Mr. A in his interview with Dispatch. It was also revealed that Lee Seung Gi ate street food to save on the CEO's budget.

Managers usually get a weekly allowance of 150,000 won (around Rp. 1.7 million) for artists and staff. And Lee Seung Gi deliberately bought street food like kimbap to save money. Further, Mr. A said Kwon Jin Young was really stingy with Lee Seung Gi. The 35-year-old actor is said to be inappropriate for drinking Starbucks and always buying coffee himself.

Mr. A also compared the treatment that Lee Seung Gi received with Go Hyun Jung. The reason is that the actress can eat well at a Chinese restaurant with her staff. "The treatment was very bad for Seung Gi. I once enrolled in Go Hyun Jung's team. Team members had lunch at a Chinese restaurant and ordered 6 to 7 dishes, and each person could add food."

"Seung Gi eats junk food every day. Eats kimbap. When Seung Gi comes out early in the morning (for a schedule), he asks, 'Hyung can we eat triangular kimbap?'" he continued. Reporting from Dispatch, Mr. A has been working at HOOK Entertainment since 2004. In the same year Lee Seung Gi made his debut as a singer.

He used to be Lee Seung Gi's manager and made sure that the actor brought profit to the agency. Unlike Kwon Jin Young's statement which called his artist a 'minus' singer. "It is undeniable that Lee Seung Gi made a profit for the agency. CEO Kwon Jin Young also clearly made money because he changed his car from a Jeep, to a Cadillac, then to a Porsche."
