Kim Sae Ron had filmed a Korean drama before she passed away on February 16, 2025. The drama is titled Everyday We Are, starring Kim Sae Ron with actors Lee Chae Min, Yu Ju, and Ryoo Ui Hyun. Previously, the drama was scheduled to be released in 2022.

However, at that time, Kim Sae Ron as the main character stumbled upon a drunk driving case which made her take a hiatus from the South Korean entertainment world. Kim Sae Ron was also rumored to have withdrawn from the drama project.

However, recently the drama production team denied the news and said that Kim Sae Ron had completed all the filming processes. This seven-episode drama is scheduled to be released this year because the editing process has been completed.

"Kim Sae Ron was a naturally talented actress. She was very good at understanding characters. It's a shame because she had great potential to grow," said director Kim Min Jae, expressing his condolences to the late Kim Sae Ron.

The drama Everyday We Are is a drama adapted from a Webtoon that tells the story of Yeo Wool (Kim Sae Ron) who really loves basketball. His best friends are Ho Soo (Lee Chae Min) and Joon Yeon (Yu Ju). They have played basketball since childhood. One day, Ho Soo suddenly tells Yeo Wool that he likes her.

Yeo Wool tells him that he is just a good friend to her. Their relationship then becomes awkward. Meanwhile, Yeo Wool has a crush on Ho Jae (Ryoo Ui Hyun), the best player on the high school boys basketball team. It is not yet known in detail when this drama will air and where it will air.
