EXO's Baekhyun has reportedly established a new entertainment company amidst the ongoing legal conflict with his previous agency, INB100. The move has sparked speculation about the singer's plans to rebuild his solo activities management system with his EXO-CBX teammates.

This news was first reported by Bizhankook on October 30, 2026. Based on the media's investigation, Baekhyun established a new business entity called Bion Entertainment and was listed as serving as the company's representative.

The company was founded on September 18, 2026. Initially, Bion Entertainment's headquarters address was registered as Baekhyun's residence. However, on October 22, 2026, the company was recorded as having moved its headquarters address.

Interestingly, the establishment of this new company comes just days after the court granted a request to temporarily suspend Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin's exclusive contracts with INB100.

Bizhankook's report also listed a former management member who previously worked with Baekhyun as an internal director at the company. This raises suspicions that Baekhyun is preparing a new management foundation to support his activities in the entertainment industry.

However, the establishment of the company does not mean that Baekhyun and his colleagues have started all management activities through Bion Entertainment. A company representative explained to Bizhankook that no concrete cooperation contract had yet been signed.

He also stated that the company was temporarily established to manage revenue from small-scale activities, including for administrative and tax purposes. The party also stated that it is possible that activities through Bion Entertainment will only be more concrete after March 2027.

Meanwhile, the conflict between Chen, Baekhyun, Xiumin, and INB100 remains a hot topic. The three previously filed a court request to suspend their exclusive contracts with the agency amid disputes over payment and income settlement.

On September 15, 2026, the Seoul Central District Court granted the temporary suspension request. With this decision, the validity of the three EXO-CBX members' exclusive contracts was suspended until the first instance ruling in the main case regarding the validity of the contracts was issued.

However, this interim decision is not yet a final decision regarding their contract status. It's worth noting that Baekhyun already has experience managing his own company. He founded INB100 in 2023 after ending his solo activities contract with SM Entertainment.

Chen and Xiumin then joined the company to carry out activities as EXO-CBX. In May 2024, INB100 became part of One Hundred Label, led by Cha Ga Won. However, the company's development was later marred by several business issues and contract disputes with its artists.

Meanwhile, the first trial of the main case between Chen, Baekhyun, Xiumin and INB100 is scheduled to take place on November 4, 2026. The arrival of Bion Entertainment marks a new development in Baekhyun's career.

While there is no certainty regarding the specific activities the company will undertake, this move demonstrates preparations to build a more independent business and management foundation amidst the ongoing legal process.
