Vivo V20 smartphone announced in India today but it is already announced in Thailand back in September along with V20 Pro.It carries a price tag Rs. 24,990 and will be available to purchase from October 20th. The handset features a waterdrop notch design and a 44MP Eye Autofocus Selfie Camera. The company provides the Anti-Glare Matte Glass to provide a comfortable hold.
Vivo V20 comes with a 6.44 inches waterdrop notch AMOLED Display with FHD+ ( 1080 x 2400 pixels ) resolution. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 720G chipset coupled with Adreno 618 GPU and 8GB RAM. In terms of dimensions, the handset has 7.39mm thickness and weighs 170g only. The device is running on Android 11 with Funtouch OS 11 on the top.
The Vivo V20 features a triple rear camera that includes 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The front-facing camera is the highlight of the phone, it comes with a 44-megapixel selfie camera that features Eye Auto Focus during selfie or video calling. The handset comes equipped with a 4000mah battery and supports 33W fast charging.
For connectivity, the Vivo V20 includes 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone Jack. In terms of sensors, the smartphone comes with almost all the sensors including the under-display fingerprint sensor. The device has dual sim support along with a dedicated microSD card slot using which memory can be extended up to 256GB.
As for pricing and availability, the Vivo V20 comes in two configurations, 8GB + 128GB priced at Rs. 24,990 and 8GB + 256GB priced at Rs. 27,990. The smartphone comes in three color options namely Midnight Jazz, Sunset Melody, and Midnight Sonata. The handset will be available to purchase from October 20th while pre-booking starts from today on e-commerce platform website Flipkart.
