Tecno Spark 8C was announced as the new member in Tecno 8 series. The Spark 8P was the first smartphone in the series and then followed by Spark 8 Pro, and Spark 8T. The handset is also a budget device and it comes with a fast refresh rate display, Unisoc octa-core chipset, dual rear camera, big battery, and more.
Tecno Spark 8C comes with a 6.6 inches IPS LCD display with an HD+ ( 720 x 1612 pixels ) resolution, 90Hz fast refresh rate, and 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a Unisoc T606 chipset that comes coupled with Mali G57 MP1 GPU. The device is accompanied by 2GB/3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
The Tecno Spark 8C boasts a dual rear camera that includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, and an AI lens. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera under the waterdrop notch. The camera app features AI scene recognition, panorama, bokeh effect, HDR mode, 1080p time-lapse photography, and AR stickers.
The Tecno Spark 8C is packed with a 5000mah battery and supports 10W charging. On the front software, the smartphone is running on Android 11 OS out of the box with HiOS 7.6 skin on top. Additionally, the handset comes with DTS surround sound, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor under the camera module, NFC, and extended RAM support.
The company offered the Tecno Spark 8C in four color options namely Magnet Black, Turquoise Cyan, Iris Purple, and Diamond Grey. Although, Tecno hasn’t revealed the pricing yet but the company may announce it very soon. The device is currently listed on the Nigeria website.
