On Wednesday August 24, 2022 Soompi reported that BTS has dominated almost all of the Billboard charts this week, both with new albums and collaboration singles. Two months after its release, Jungkook BTS's hit collaboration with Charlie Puth has climbed back up onto Billboard's Hot 100 chart.
On August 23, 2022 local time, Billboard revealed that Jungkook and Charlie Puth's collaborative single " Left and Right " has again entered the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, the chart that provides weekly rankings of the most popular songs in the United States. This marks eight consecutive weeks of "Left and Right" on the chart. For this week, the collaboration single rose to No. 40.
“Left and Right” also climbed back onto several other Billboard charts this week. The single rose to No. 20 on the Billboard Global Excl chart. US, and was ranked No. 26 on the Billboard Digital Song Sales chart and the Billboard Global 200 chart. In addition, "Left and Right" also managed to maintain its position at No. 16 on Billboard's Pop Airplay chart, a chart that ranks the 40 most-played songs weekly across the United States.
Meanwhile, " Bad Decisions " which is the new collaboration single of Jin, Jimin, V, and Jungkook BTS with Benny Blanco and Snoop Dogg remained strong at No. 57 for two consecutive weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. “Bad Decisions” also stayed at No. 2 on the Billboard Digital Song Sales chart.
That means, "Bad Decisions is the second best-selling song of the week in the United States. In addition, "Bad Decisions also ranked No. 28 on the Billboard Global Excl. US chart, No. 29 on the Billboard Pop Airplay chart, and No. 30 on this week's Billboard Global 200 chart. Outside of collaboration singles, BTS's latest album " Proof " has managed to stay on the Billboard 200 chart for 10 consecutive weeks.
For this week, the album was ranked No. 83. Not only that, “Proof” also maintained its position at No. 2 on the Billboard World Albums chart, and peaked at No. 45 on Billboard's Top Current Album Sales chart and swept to the No. 74 on Billboard's Top Album Sales chart.
