There is new news regarding the K-Pop We All Are One concert problem. After being policed, the promoter CEO, Jai Hyun Park, otherwise known as Director Park, was secured by the Directorate General of Immigration. This was revealed by Fritz Paris Hutapea as a consultant and representative of one of the We All Are One concert vendors, PT Visi Musik Indonesia.
He hopes that the case reported by a K-Pop fan named Derpita Gultom can be investigated. "Okay, so I got information that Director Park, the director of PT Coution Live Indonesia, who was suspected of committing the theft of money, was suddenly arrested by the immigration and at this time I can say that he is in the pre-investigation stage.
But, I guarantee that he will go straight to the investigation stage," said Fritz. The son of parlente lawyer Hotman Paris Hutapea said Director Park was secured while at the Kota Kasablanka mall. He said Park was treated like that because he was afraid he could run away because he was in the middle of a case.
"First of all, I thank you because Director Park is a foreigner and he can run away. Hopefully with this arrest, he can stay here to face his responsibilities," said Fritz. "I thank the Directorate General of Immigration, especially the directorate of education and supervision, they are very helpful, because they could have run away," he continued.
Furthermore, Fritz Hutapea said Director Park was detained until the police report process was underway. He also expressed hope after securing Park. "With this, we are trying to return the money to the purchasers of these tickets, because it's a pity. Even though my goal is only for the vendors who have also not been paid,
I feel there must be justice for ticket buyers and vendors who have not been paid," said Fritz. It was previously known that the We All Are One concert, which was supposed to be held from 10 to 12 November 2022, was suddenly postponed until next year. The fans were busy and raging asking for ticket refunds.
Feeling that there was no clarity and responsibility, Director Park as the CEO of the We All Are One concert promoter was policed by Derpita Gultom to the Tamansari Metro Police. The director was accused of violating Article 378 of the Criminal Code regarding fraud.
