'Dear X' is a drama adapted from the webtoon of the same title by VANZIUN. This drama will reportedly be worked on by screenwriter Choi Ja Won who is working with PD Lee Eung Bok who previously worked on 'Sweet Home', 'Dream High', 'Descendants of the Sun', and 'Goblin'.
'Dear X' tells the story of Baek Ah Jin, a top actress who experienced a downfall. Baek Ah Jin has a sociopathic personality disorder, which is someone who has a charming appearance and a good personality, but he punishes anyone who offends him by revealing his evil side.
To get what he wants, he puts the people around him under his control and controls them, and is a person who has the insight to know the intentions of his opponents. Some reports claim that 'Dear X' has not just one, but five male leads who fall in love with Baek Ah Jin.
However, a man will remain by her side through thick and thin. If Kim Young Dae accepts the role, this will be his comeback to the small screen after previously starring in 'Moon In The Day'. Filming on Dear X will reportedly begin in the second half of the year and will consist of twelve episodes.
