MBC's latest Korean drama titled ' Black Out ' has released a new teaser ahead of its premiere in August 2024. Adapted from the best-selling German mystery novel 'Snow White Must Die', 'Black Out' is a crime thriller drama that tells the story of a young man who experiences injustice.
Go Jung Woo (played by Byun Yo Han ) is accused of the murder of his two classmates, but no bodies are found. After languishing in prison for 10 years, he begins a journey to uncover the truth of the day of the murders. In addition to Byun Yo Han, this drama also stars the fateful one.
This drama stars Go Joon, Go Bo Gyeol, Kim Bo Ra, and many more. The teaser released through the 'MBCdrama' YouTube channel begins with Go Jung Woo, a 19-year-old high school student, being arrested for the murder of his two female classmates. Just as he is about to enter a prestigious medical school, Go Jung Woo is accused of murder.
He doesn't even remember if he ever committed murder. Even when his parents turn against him, Go Jung Woo, who questions his own crimes, resigns himself to the reality he faces. " I killed them, " Go Jung Woo said bitterly. After being thrown into prison, the young Go Jung Woo becomes the target of other inmates and experiences various attacks that cause him to turn evil.
The 34-second teaser video shows several dark scenes, showing Go Jung Woo's transformation as a student who is made a murder suspect until he intends to seek justice for himself. Although only seen from the teaser, Byun Yo Han's acting looks very extraordinary.
Through his sharp eyes, it seems as if he really feels the injustice experienced by Go Jung Woo's character when he was still in high school. The drama 'Black Out' will premiere on August 16, 2024, every Friday and Saturday at 21:50 KST. This drama will replace the previous drama slot, namely 'The Pork Cutlets'.
