South Korean actor Lee Dong Wook reveals his love life to the public. The actor recently admitted that he is lazy to have a relationship with other people. He even forgot how to date and feels like he can't date someone anymore.
"I don't think I can date anymore. I'm so lazy," said Lee Dong Wook when he appeared as a guest star on Yoo Jae-suk's YouTube channel on Tuesday August 13, 2024. "To date, you have to be close friends with someone first. I forgot how, it was so long ago," he continued.
The statement successfully received a surprising response from Yoo Jae-suk as the host. He also agreed with what Lee Dong Wook experienced because it is not easy to start a new relationship when you have been alone for a long time. He also believes that dating requires high commitment and dedication, especially amidst Lee Dong Wook's busy schedule as an actor.
The actor, born in 1981, also revealed that he actually wants to get back into a romantic relationship with someone else. However, he finds it hard to deny the laziness inside him to start it. Lee Dong Wook also feels that he is getting older, making it difficult for him to date other people actively and do various things.
"I want to date, but I'm lazy," Lee Dong Wook exclaimed. "I'm a bit older now, so I don't get to do as many things as I used to," he added. Lee Dong Wook is a famous 42-year-old actor from South Korea who has been in his career for more than two decades.
He has starred in many hit dramas throughout his career. Among them are My Girl (2005), Scent of a Woman (2011), Guardian: The Lonely and Great God (2017), Tale of the Nine Tailed (2020), Bad and Crazy (2021), and the latest drama entitled A Shop for Killers (2024).
Previously, the actor was often known to be secretive about his romantic relationships. He was only caught dating once, namely with Bae Suzy in 2018. However, their relationship ended after four months because Lee Dong Wook and Suzy were both busy with their work.
