SHINee's Minho shared news that made all Shawols (SHINee fans) excited. Reported via Instagram @shineeinbrazil on Wednesday August 14, 2024, the idol born in 1991 will soon release his first full solo album in the fourth quarter of this year.

This album is also his first full solo work in 16 years since his debut in 2008. This album will also be Minho's first comeback since his solo debut through the mini album 'Chase' on December 6, 2022. Not only Shawol, this second generation rapper also could not contain his enthusiasm. 

Minho admitted that he had waited so long to be able to release this album. "Good afternoon, I really wanted to give this as a gift, but, this is the album I've been waiting for so long," wrote Minho as quoted via Instagram @shineeinbrazil.

"Preparations for the album start now. I will do my best. So please look forward to this work. You have to really prepare yourself," he added in an excited tone. 2024 might be Minho's year. In addition to his first solo comeback, this year he also finally participated in a music festival as a soloist for the first time in 'Waterbomb Seoul 2024'.

The singer of 'Hard' is also making a comeback as an actor through the Korean drama titled 'Romance in the House', which has just aired on JTBC. Not only that, he was also directly selected by the IOC to participate in the world sporting event, the 2024 Paris Olympics as an Olympic Friend.

Meanwhile, he also just finished his Asia tour with SHINee in a concert titled 'SHINee World VI: Perfect Illumination SHINee's Back'. This event also marks the 16th anniversary of SHINee's debut as a boy group that consistently produces extraordinary works.

This shows that Minho continues to be active in various fields throughout his career. Seeing this, Shawols also showed various reactions.  " Can't wait !" they wrote via X. " Hopefully this time the song won't be sad and heartbreaking anymore ," added the fan. " Finally after 16 years. Minho deserves more frequent comebacks ," added another.
