FIFTY FIFTY has decided not to appear and promote on the weekly music program ' Inkigayo ' which airs on SBS TV station. Quoting from Naver on Saturday September 28, 2024, girl group FIFTY FIFTY, who is currently promoting their second mini album comeback 'Love Tune' which was officially released on September 20, 2024, has appeared on a number of weekly music stages.

Including on Mnet's 'M Countdown,' KBS 2TV's 'Music Bank' and recently appeared on MBC's 'Show! Music Core.' However, they will be absent from SBS's music program 'Inkigayo' which will air on Sunday, September 29, 2024.

FIFTY FIFTY did this as a form of protest against the program entitled 'Unanswered Questions' which has not yet issued a written apology to FIFTY FIFTY regarding the coverage they aired last year when FIFTY FIFTY was in conflict with the ATTRAKT agency .

The broadcast that sounded one-sided received a lot of criticism from the public, including from the Korea Communications Standards Commission. Although the broadcast has been deleted, as a form of protest FIFTY FIFTY will not appear on all SBS TV programs. Until SBS issues their official apology.

Responding to this, ATTRAKT agency CEO Jeon Hong Joon said, "Although entertainment and investigative programs are different things, 'Unanswered Questions' has violated ATTRAKT and Jeon Hong Joon." "People around me say why don't I just do promotional activities? I don't mind if I can't do promotions.

Sometimes respect and pride are more important than money," he added. In more detail, the CEO said that the 'Unanswered Questions' program never contacted him at all. Once a PD acquaintance of his said he would apologize to him. However, Jeon Hong Joon asked him not to ask informally. He asked him to apologize officially.

Because they had made a one-sided report about him and even said mistakes he didn't make. That's why the CEO of ATTRAKT didn't accept it. "It doesn't feel fair. They reported something that wasn't true, but didn't issue an official apology.

Just because they're from a big broadcasting station doesn't mean they can do whatever they want," Jeon Hong Joon stressed. The production team of 'Inkigayo' is also reported to be in a difficult situation. However, since FIFTY FIFTY has not made an official request for their appearance, it is not easy for 'Inkigayo' to ask them to appear.
