Park Bo Gum Predicted to Cry During Every Filming of 'The Seasons'

The music program "The Seasons" hosted by Park Bo Gum finally aired on March 14, 2025. Because this was the premiere, the South Korean actor went all out to show his talents by singing, dancing, and sharing special moments with his guest stars.

This episode of "The Seasons" features a surprise visit from his old friends starting from Kwak Dong Yeon , Kim Yoo Jung , and B1A4's Jinyoung. They all acted with Park Bo Gum in the popular drama "Love in the Moonlight" which aired in 2016.

The three young and talented actors introduced themselves in a funny yet touching way. Yoo Jung first revealed, “I am the vestibular system that keeps Park Bo Gum oppa balanced when he feels dizzy.” Next, it was Jinyoung's turn to say, "I am the lungs that help Park Bo Gum hyung breathe in everything. 

Meanwhile, Dong Yeon said, "I am a strong pillar, the muscles of his back that support him." After that, Yoo Jung gave a prediction that Park Bo Gum would cry every time he filmed "The Seasons". "I think Park Bo Gum oppa will cry every week on this show," she said.

Dong Yeon also shared the story of how Park Bo Gum cried during their practice. "He cried so much during practice that the wooden floor absorbed all the moisture, we might have to replace it," said Dong Yeon jokingly. Hearing that, Park Bo Gum explained the reason for his tears. 

"Seeing my good friends taking time out of their busy schedules to support me. I could feel their support just by looking at them, and I suddenly cried," said the actor. Jinyoung then shared that he initially couldn't attend the filming of "The Seasons". "I actually had a script reading today, so I couldn't come at first. 

But when the schedule was postponed, I immediately called Park Bo Gum to say that I would come," he said. The three actors of "Love in the Moonlight" secretly prepared a special surprise performance for Park Bo Gum. They sang a heartfelt song just for him, making the audience cheer. 

Dong Yeon confessed, “We didn’t even practice out loud during the dress rehearsal because we wanted to keep it a secret.” The atmosphere was further heightened as Lee Young Ji, former MC of “The Seasons” was seen in the audience, cheering Park Bo Gum on loudly.

Not wanting to miss out on the fun, Young Ji suddenly jumped on stage and convinced Park Bo Gum to take on the dance challenge to aespa's "Supernova ." With a crash course in dancing, Park Bo Gum mastered the moves, drawing an explosive reaction from the audience.
