Little Mermaid actress Halle Bailey has split from rapper DDG, the father of her baby. DDG announced the end of their romance. Rapper Darryl Dwayne "DDG" Grandberry Jr. has announced on social media that his relationship with Halle Bailey is over.
They have decided to go their separate ways. "After much reflection and deep conversations, Halle and I have decided to go our separate ways," the 26-year-old YouTuber and rapper wrote on his Instagram Story.
"This decision was not easy, but we believe it is the best path for both of us. I deeply appreciate the time we have spent together and the love we have shared," he wrote again. In his post uploaded to Instagram Story, DDG emphasized that even though he and Halle have broken up, they are still good friends.
They will also play their roles as parents together. Halle Bailey has yet to make a statement about her split with DDG. In mid-September 2024, Halle and DDG still appeared together with their baby attending the Snap Partner Summit 2024 event in California, United States.
Halle Bailey announced the birth of her child in January 2024. Halle revealed the name of her child, Halo, who entered the world at the end of December 2023. The 24-year-old actress was accused of being pregnant and giving birth in secret.
