One of the contestants of the fourth season of Single's Inferno, Lee Si An was sued by his agency for breach of contract. In the midst of his popularity after this show, he was actually sued by the agency that managed his career for the past two years.

Leaders Entertainment released a statement that Lee Si An was considered to have violated. “Lee Si An violated the terms and conditions of his exclusive contract. We will respond legally.” “We are managing Lee Si An starting in August 2023.

In April last year, when discussing appearing on Single's Inferno 4, we made an additional agreement to extend his contract,” explained Leaders Entertainment. The contract was for one year and six months and ended on October 25, 2024. They said they had discussed with Lee Si An and her parents to perform in May.

“She filmed the show in June of the same year. Right after finishing filming, she suddenly announced in August that she wanted to terminate her exclusive contract. She told us through a representative that she would continue activities until October 21,” the agency said. "This is a violation of the additional contract and the exclusive contract.

Lee Si An has no evidence while we have a lot of evidence and are in the process of taking legal action," he said. The agency felt cheated because Lee Si An filed for unilateral termination after appearing on the show. They will provide an update on the case separately.

"It is a fraud against our agency and the production team. We will try to stop similar cases from happening again in the future," Leaders Entertainment concluded. Lee Si An is one of six contestants who will be taking part in Single's Inferno 4. Previously, he was a contestant on Idol School in 2017 and Produce 48 in 2018.
