BTS's V who has just purchased a luxury apartment in an elite area of Seoul, South Korea. Based on real estate registration documents as of September 24, BTS's V officially purchased the PH129 The Penthouse Cheongdam apartment unit on September 17, 2025 for 14.2 billion won.
The unit has an area of 273.96㎡ with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Interestingly, the transaction was carried out without any right of interference, meaning that BTS's V paid for the luxury apartment in cash or in full without a bank loan.
The apartment purchase contract was reportedly signed last May, when BTS's V completed his military service. However, official ownership will only transfer after full payment on Wednesday September 17, 2025.
The Cheongdam Penthouse itself is a super-luxury residential complex built in 2020. There are only 29 units with a duplex structure, and the list of residents includes actor couple Jang Dong Gun–Ko So Young, golfer Park In Bi, and renowned educator Hyun Woo Jin.
