Actor Yeo Jin Goo has finally announced his military enlistment date. He is confirmed to begin his mandatory military service on December 15th. On Monday, November 3, 2025, Yeo Jin Goo's representative stated, "Yeo Jin Goo was selected for KATUSA and served for 18 months starting December 15."
KATUSA stands for Korean Augmentation to the United States Army, a branch of the Republic of Korea Army (South Korea) that acts as a liaison between the American and Korean militaries. Not many public figures are accepted for military service through KATUSA.
"As the enlistment ceremony is an event held with many soldiers and their families, we are not disclosing the specific time and location. We ask for your understanding and understanding as you visit the venue," the representative said. "We are always grateful for the support given to actor Yeo Jin Goo.
