There's always a surprise at every BTS Arirang concert. One such surprise was captured on camera when Jimin approached the cancer patient's box and kissed an ARMY named Olivya.
Olivya attended BTS's Arirang concert in Arlington, Texas, United States, last weekend. She is a member of the Heroes for Children foster care program, which specifically granted the request of five children battling cancer to see BTS.
Olivia arrived with her mother. In a moment captured on camera, Jimin was seen walking from the stage toward the box where Olivia was sitting. The BTS member brought a small gift, a black piece of merchandise.
After giving it to Olivia, he gave her a warm kiss on the cheek. "I got a kiss!" Olivia shouted happily. Shortly after, Jimin left and returned to the stage, while the girl, still in shock, clutched his gift happily.
The moment was recorded and uploaded to the Instagram account @HeroesforChildren. In their caption, they said the incident would be an unforgettable memory for Olivya.
Olivya's mother also couldn't stop expressing her gratitude. The warm gesture is something they will likely remember for the rest of their lives. "Olivya is so happy, and still can't believe Jimin hugged, kissed, and gave her a gift!
Jimin really inspires and encourages her," her mother said in a statement on Thursday (August 20, 2026). Having a different appearance due to cancer has had a significant impact on Olivia's mental health.
But she always tries not to let it get to her head. Moreover, she has BTS as a source of encouragement. Olivya strives to persevere and feel the strength of her idols.
"She didn't want to let herself feel different because she didn't have hair. You could see from her smile (at that time) (how happy she was). Speechless, I was so grateful," continued Olivya's mother. So sweet, Jimin!
