Gionee M15 smartphone has been announced with MediaTek Helio G90 and 48MP quad cameras in Nigeria. The company added a new device to its M series portfolio. The handset comes with MediaTek Helio G95 SoC and 48MP quad cameras.
Gionee M15 has a 6.67-inches IPS LCD FHD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) display with a standard 60Hz refresh rate and a top-centered positioned punch-hole cutout design. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 SoC and coupled with up to 8GB of RAM + 128GB built-in storage.
The smartphone is equipped with a quad rear camera setup that includes a 48-Megapixel (primary) camera + 5-Megapixel (ultrawide) lens + 2-Megapixel (macro) sensor + 2-Megapixel (Depth) sensor. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.
The Gionee M15 runs on Android 11 OS out of the box. The device is fueled by a 5,100mAh battery and supports 18W rapid charging technology. For connectivity, The smartphone has a dual SIM slot, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The sensor onboard includes an accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity, ambient light sensor, and an under-display fingerprint scanner. In terms of dimensions, The smartphone measures 165.2 x 77 x 9 mm thickness. It comes in a Gray and Gradient color finish.
In terms of price and availability, the Gionee M15 comes in two RAM & Storage variants, the 6 GB RAM + 128GB storage is priced at NG 90,800 (around Rs.16,040) while the 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage costs NGN 106,200 (around Rs.18,761).
