Infinix Smart 5A smartphone was launched in India on Monday. The new Infinix device comes a 6.52-inch touchscreen display, MediaTek Helio A20 processor, with Android 11 (Go edition) out-of-the-box and carries features such as dual rear cameras and a waterdrop-style notch. The handset also comes with a a 5000mAh battery.

The Infinix Smart 5A comes with a 6.52-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720x1560 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a 1.8GHz quad-core MediaTek Helio A20 processor. It comes with 2GB of RAM. At the heart, it runs Android 11 (Go edition) and is powered by a 5000mAh battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Infinix Smart 5A on the rear packs an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. The smartphone sports an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls with an f/2.0 aperture. The handset runs XOS 7.6 is based on Android 11 (Go edition).

The Infinix Smart 5A packs 32GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 256GB) with a dedicated slot. The smartphone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. In terms of dimensions, it measures 165.50 x 76.40 x 8.75mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 183.00 grams.

Connectivity options on the Infinix Smart 5A include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, Micro-USB, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks). Sensors on the smartphone include ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The Infinix Smart 5A supports face unlock. It was launched in Midnight Black, Ocean Wave, and Quetzal Cyan colours.
