Mi 11 Lite is the newest model of Xiaomi’s Mi-series that has been launched in India. The handset comes with 4G variant, and we don’t know when the company will release its 5G model to the Indian market. The key highlight features of the smartphone are a 6.55-inch AMOLED display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G chipset, a 90Hz display, and a 4,250mAh battery with fast charging support.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 lite comes with a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with a full-HD+ resolution. The display has a 20:9 aspect ratio, 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The smartphone is the world’s thinnest phone at 6.8mm and also the lightest at 157 grams. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 732G SoC along with Adreno 618 GPU. The device has up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite sports a triple camera setup on the back that includes a 64MP primary sensor with an f/1.79 lens, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with an f/2.2 lens, and a 5MP telephone sensor with an f/2.4 lens. The rear penal also has a LED flash for low-light shots. For the selfie camera, it provides a 16MP camera sensor with an f/2.5 lens. The front camera supports an AI Beautify, Night Mode, and Time Burst. Moreover, the device has an IP53 certified for minor dust and water resistance. The full dimensions are 160.53 x 75.73 x 6.81mm.
In terms of battery, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite offers a 4,250mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The smartphone runs on MIUI 12 based on Android 11 out of the box. It has a dual-nano SIM slot that offers 4G LTE networks. Users get 128GB of internal memory on the phone. Though, it can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 512GB). Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, GPS, Infrared, and USB Type-C port.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite price is set at Rs. 21,999 for the 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage model. The 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage model carries a price tag of Rs. 23,999. The Mi 11 Lite will go on pre-order from June 25 via Flipkart, Mi.com, and other retailers. It first sale is scheduled for June 28. It is available in three color options, i.e. Jazz Blue, Tuscany, Coral, and Vinyl Black.
