Realme releases its new realme Book Enhanced Edition laptop that comes with a 3:2 aspect ratio 14-inch display panel, a high-performance and improved dual-fan cooling system. To recall, realme launches its very first laptop last August 2021 which is value for money. This first week of January, they released an enhanced edition of the realme Book.

For the screen, the Realme Book Enhanced Edition still uses a 3:2 aspect ratio 14-inch display panel that has 2K resolution. Its screen has 100% sRGB coverage and has up to 400nits max brightness. Moreover, it also comes with 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM and a fast 512GB NVMe for storage. It also has a pre-installed Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Home and Student Edition out of the box. 

The Realme Book Enhanced Edition features a high-performing 10nm SuperFin Intel Core i5-11320H with Intel Xe graphics. This processor has four cores and eight threads that have up to 4.5Ghz max turbo frequency and 8MB L3 cache. According to realme, this processor has a higher 21.8% multi-core performance compared to the previous i5-1135G7 of standard realme Book. Its single-thread performance also has a 9.6% increase.

The Realme Book Enhanced Edition also has a higher 35W thermal design power (TDP) from the 28W of its predecessor. realme also enhanced its cooling system because they now use a VC liquid cooling technology for more stable performance. They claimed that it has a 32.7% heat dissipation capacity compared to the previous generation. Meanwhile, it still has a 54WHr battery capacity and has a 65W power adapter.

Realme Book Enhanced Edition price has been set at CNY 4,699 (roughly Rs. 55,000) in China for the sole 12GB RAM + 512GB storage option. The laptop comes in Sky Blue and Island Grey colour options. It is currently up for pre-orders in the home country and will go on sale starting January 7. There’s no information yet about their local pricing and availability.
