Ahead of their comeback , South Korean girl group IVE shared the video highlight medley of the After LIKE album via YouTube on August 21, 2022. The highlight medley featured two songs from the single album tracklist After LIKE, namely 'After Like' as the main song and 'My Satisfaction'.
Reported from South Korean media Newsis on Monday August 22, the song 'After LIKE' conveys a message to be confident and brave in love. While the song 'My Satisfaction' is a song that gives a feeling of majesty, which is wrapped with a heavy beat. This comeback , Rei as an IVE member who holds the rap part will contribute to rap writing for the title song 'After LIKE'.
Meanwhile, as lyricists Seo Ji Eum and Lee Seu Ran will return to take part. Previously, Seo Ji Eum and Lee Seu Ran had contributed to the previous two IVE albums. This time, Seo Ji Eum will be in charge of writing 'After LIKE', while Lee Seu Ran for the song 'My Satisfaction'.
Through their contribution, it is hoped that they will be able to evoke the syndrome of the song ' ELEVEN ' and also ' LOVE DIVE '. This comeback is IVE 's third comeback since its debut on December 1, 2021. IVE started his career by releasing a single album titled ELEVEN. Four months after their debut, IVE released their second single album , entitled LOVE DIVE.
Both of them managed to get a lot of love from their fans. On August 19, 2022, IVE teased its fans by releasing the MV teaser for 'After LIKE'. Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Wonyoung, Liz, and Leeseo look luxurious with a retro feel in the teaser. Previously, IVE also released several individual and group concept photos that have been shared from August 8 to 14, 2022.
The photos shared to increase fans' curiosity show each member with their own charms. IVE will release their third single album After LIKE on August 22, 2022 at 18.00 KST or 16.00 WIB. On the same day, IVE is also scheduled to hold a comeback event and talk with fans through '#OUTNOW' at 19.00 KST.
