The group NCT 127 was recently lined up as the brand ambassador for the global sports brand Puma for the Asia-Pacific region. NCT 127 will be active in 15 countries in Asia and Oceania. The selection of this idol group as Puma's brand ambassador in the Asia Pacific region is important. 

NCT 127 will represent the brand to spread the Korean Wave which is a K-pop trend around the world. PUMA stated that this K-pop idol group has had high popularity, especially for young children in the Asia-Pacific region, such as Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, China, and Japan. 

NCT 127 was chosen as the brand ambassador because of the K-pop culture that is currently growing rapidly in various countries. "Collaborating with a world-famous brand like Puma is very meaningful to NCT 127, and through this great opportunity, we will show a more diverse side together with Puma," explained the SM Entertainment representative.

NCT 127 will greet their fans through a world concert tour that started last year starting in Korea, then continuing to Japan. Then, tickets for the concert held in Singapore have also been sold out. The South Korean idol group will hold a fan meeting in Japan from August 2 to 3, 2022. 

NCT 127 will also be attending SMTOWN LIVE 2022 on August 20, 2022. Meanwhile, NCT 125's activities as Puma's brand ambassador will start from the SLIPSTREAM campaign on July 29, 2022. SLIPSTREAM itself is an iconic puma sneaker that was released in 1987 with a classic basketball silhouette.
