In an official statement, SM Entertainment revealed that NCT's Jaehyun will be releasing his first solo song titled Forever Only. The song can be heard on August 18, 2022 at 16.00 WIB.
The song Forever Only is part of the SM STATION project titled NCT LAB. The project freed the NCT members to release their own songs. For the song Forever Only, NCT's Jaehyun wrote the lyrics himself. The song is described as an R&B genre song that perfectly combines Jaehyun's emotional vocals with guitar sound.
The lyrics of the song Forever Only tell about a feeling for someone. He wanted that person to always be by his side even though the world left him. Along with the announcement, SM Entertainment also released a photo teaser for NCT's Jaehyun 's solo song . In the teaser, Jaehyun seems to be standing in front of a window covered by a transparent curtain.
Meanwhile, NCT's Jaehyun has just officially made his acting debut through appearances in the Korean drama Dear.M. In the drama, he plays the role of Cha Min Ho. Dear.M is a spin-off of a popular web drama entitled Love Playlist. This drama tells about the lives of university students who are suddenly disturbed by the existence of the mysterious figure M.
Besides NCT's Jaehyun , this South Korean drama also stars Park Hye Soo, Noh Jung Ui, and Bae Hyun Sung. Dear.M is already airing on June 29, 2022 via Viki and U-Next. After airing for 6 episodes, this drama received praise from the public because of the plot to the acting of the actors.
