BIGHIT Music has again announced that one of its artists has been exposed to COVID-19. After BTS's V , now TXT's Yeonjun has also tested positive. The news was conveyed by BIGHIT Music through a statement on weverse. Yeonjun underwent a PCR test after experiencing symptoms of dizziness.

"Yeonjun felt unwell and had a headache on February 12. After that, he underwent a PCR test at the hospital and was declared negative," said BIGHIT Music. "Since then, Yeonjun has been undergoing self-quarantine as a precaution. He then started showing moderate symptoms such as fever and sore throat. 

After that he underwent a PCR test on February 16 and tested positive for COVID-19 this morning," he continued. BIGHIT Music confirmed that Yeonjun had undergone two vaccinations. He is also undergoing treatment at home. "Yeonjun has undergone two COVID-19 vaccinations. 

He doesn't show any strange symptoms other than fever and sore throat," explained BIGHIT Music. "He is currently undergoing treatment at home while waiting for further advice from the medical side. None of the TXT members apart from Yeonjun has shown symptoms. They have undergone tests and were declared negative," he concluded.

Furthermore, BIGHIT Music also confirmed that it would prioritize Yeonjun's health and recovery. They also promised to continue implementing health protocols. Shortly after the news was conveyed by management, the hashtag #GetWellSoonYeonjun immediately became a trending topic. 

Fans also flooded the hashtag with prayers for the idol's recovery. Yeonjun also personally gave an update about his situation on Weverse. He hopes fans are not too worried. "The notification has been uploaded, right? MOA must be really worried, right? I'm sorry for worrying you. But I'll be back soon so you don't have to worry too much!" Yeonjun wrote.
