Ahead of the debut of the first solo album titled "Brand New," EXO 's Xiumin has shared an official teaser schedule poster to invite fans' curiosity. On Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at 00.00 KST, a number of promotional schedules for Xiumin's debut solo album have been announced.
Quoting from EXO's official Twitter account @weareoneEXO , Xiumin will start promoting his solo album "Brand New" on September 17, 2022 through the mood sampler album. Furthermore, according to the schedule shared in the poster, on September 18, 2022, Teaser Image 1 will be distributed; Mood Clip and Teaser Image 2 shared on September 19, 2022;
Teaser Image 3 on September 20, 2022; Teaser Image 4 on September 21, 2022; and Teaser Image 5 on September 22, 2022. The Music Video teaser will be released on September 23, 2022; followed by Teaser Image 6 on September 24, 2022; Teaser Image 7 on September 25, 2022; The last release of music videos and albums was on September 26, 2022.
From the teaser schedule poster that was shared, Xiumin seemed to carry a cheerful summer theme. Starting from a setting that is made to resemble a beach by combining bright yellow and green colors. In the poster, Xiumin is also seen lying on a white paper boat while closing his eyes as if he was enjoying summer vacation. This emphasizes the album concept that is cheerful and has fun songs.
Xiumin and EXO fans can't wait to see their idol's comeback at the end of September. Meanwhile, Xiumin is known by name as a member of EXO and has been in his career for more than ten years. Now Xiumin will make a solo debut through his first mini album "Brand New." Previously, Xiumin had also released several solo singles through the SM Station project as well as filling the soundtrack for Korean dramas.
