NMIXX's Lily recently guested on the Lee Mu Jin Service program to showcase her vocal abilities. In order to promote the comeback of NMIXX's second single album titled ENTWURF , Lily also appeared in a program that prioritized quality live vocal performances. Lily performed admirably by performing covers of songs such as "Psycho" by Red Velvet, "Butter" by BTS, and many more.

The host, Lee Mu Jin was also impressed by Lily's live vocal performance. Not only that, he also asked several things to the guest star. Quoting from Koreaboo on Thursday September 22, 2022, Lee Mu Jin was curious about Lily's daily life at JYP Entertainment, the agency that houses her now.

Because Lily was able to stay at her agency by going through a series of strict rules and monthly evaluations that a trainee had to go through before debuting as a K-Pop idol, Lee Mu Jin guessed that Lily always had good grades when she was a trainee. Surprisingly, Lily answered otherwise.

She said, "No, not every time I get good grades. However, because their assessment also includes attitude assessment, the results get better over time." Lee Mu Jin then asked Lily to explain how JYP Entertainment conducted an attitude assessment towards the trainees.

In fact, simple things like how often you greet someone politely or how much they pay attention in class are also taken into account in calculating their attitude scores. Understanding this, Lee Mu Jin was quite surprised by the idea. Usually, the assessment will be linked to something more objective and measurable, such as how good they are at singing or dancing.

However, JYP Entertainment has another approach by educating their trainees ' attitudes and personalities . Those who want to become trainees at JYP Entertainment seem to have to learn what Lily did. Not only having extraordinary talent, but polite attitude and behavior is the key behind the success of idols who graduated from JYP Entertainment.
