Actor and former UN member Choi Jung Won is currently in the spotlight. This was because he was suspected of having an affair with a married woman. This was first revealed by a former reporter from South Korea, Lee Jin Ho, who interviewed a man on his YouTube account.
The man accused Choi Jung Won of having an affair with his wife. Initially, Lee Jin Ho only said that the family of a man in his 40s was destroyed because of a former idol who is now an actor. In the next video, the former reporter said that this figure was Choi Jung Won, who was a former member of UN, the first generation idol group.
In his YouTube video, Lee Jin Ho said Choi Jung Won met this woman at the Han River. After that, the woman he met admitted that he had to use the bathroom so Choi Jung Won took him to his house before their closeness grew intimate. Not wanting to let this rumor get too long, Choi Jung Won also denied it through his Instagram account.
The She Would Never Know star denied the news of the affair and said the woman in question already considered her own family. "The YouTube video that was spread yesterday only revealed the story from the accuser's side. (The woman) is not a former lover, but a person who I have considered my own family and sister who I have known for quite a long time," explained Choi Jung Won.
The actor then accused the woman's husband of trying to blackmail her. Choi Jung Won also emphasized that he would take this matter to legal channels. "The person accusing me has sent countless threats and verbal attacks. He is trying to blackmail me for money," he continued.
"I will prove the truth in court and will take legal action for the losses I have experienced as a result of this incident," concluded Choi Jung Won. Choi Jung Won is the first generation idol who debuted as a UN member in 2000. He then gained even more popularity after trying out acting.
