One of YG Entertainment's idol groups, TREASURE is currently being packed with their world tour schedule to various countries. In Indonesia, the world tour entitled 'HELLO' was held on March 18-19 2023 at ICE BSD, Tangerang Regency. Recently, TREASURE carried out their concert shift in Bangkok, Thailand.
It lasts for three days, starting from March 31 to April 2, 2023. Unfortunately, something unpleasant happened at the TREASURE tour which was held in Bangkok. Launching from Koreaboo, damage to stage equipment during the TREASURE Bangkok tour caused a dangerous and frightening experience for the group members and fans who attended.
The flamethrower, which had been stationed near the stage for a performance, ignited at the wrong time for an unknown reason. The flames attacked member Yoon Jaehyuk , who was passing beside the prop on his way to the stage. Jaehyuk acts quickly and runs away from the flamethrower—all the while the other members stop the show and check it out.
After briefly stepping off the stage, Jaehyuk returned with a big band in his right hand which, according to a clip shared from the scene, came into contact with the flames. Luckily the concert was still able to continue and in the end, Jaehyuk was able to release the band from his hands. TREASURE fans were relieved because it hinted that Jaehyuk's injuries might not be serious.
But it certainly will not be forgotten by the fans. Many fans are annoyed and angry because the idol was almost seriously injured due to the negligence that occurred. They were all worried about Jaehyuk who must have experienced an unpleasant shock. "Oh no. He must be very surprised. I hope he is treated after that," said one fan. “Is that… real fire?! In that case, why were the guards in front of the stage standing around like nothing happened?
If it really was a fire, it was a dangerous moment that could lead to even bigger problems. I can't believe the staff didn't even move to their feet." Another fan who expressed his anger. Because the cause of the prop damage is unknown, and neither management nor the venue have spoken out about the incident since the concert ended.
The idol held a live broadcast to reassure fans that he is really doing well. "No problem. See, see? It looks the same, doesn't it? I'm fine. REALLY OK! I heard that everyone is worried about me. So that's why I… I'm totally fine." Once TREASURE's Jaehyuk convinced fans through a live broadcast.
