For the first time, BTS' Jungkook released his single on Friday July 14, 2023. The solo single titled 'Seven' is a collaborative work with singers and rappers from America. Not long after its simultaneous release, the single topped the iTunes regional  'Top Song' chart.

Launching from Sports Trends, on Saturday July 15, 2023 the single 'Seven' was released simultaneously worldwide and has been sold in 106 countries/regions, including the US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, etc. The clean version and the instrumental version of 'Seven', which were also released simultaneously, ranked 2nd and 3rd on the iTunes 'Top Song' charts in various countries/regions.  

In addition, Jungkook's self-composed song which was released before the release of the single 'Seven' was also still ranking high. The songs 'Still With You' and 'My You' are songs that Jungkook made and only uploaded on Soundcloud, but ahead of the release of 'Seven' they were also launched on various official music platforms. 'Seven' stood out on the domestic charts as well. 

On Melon, Korea's largest music site, the song ranked first on the TOP100 (as of 0:00 on the 15th), and also topped the real-time chart on Genie and Bugs. Apart from the music, the music video for 'Seven' also received a lot of attention. Immediately after its release, the music video climbed to the top of the most popular YouTube charts in various countries/regions. 

Beating EXO's 'Cream Soda' which ranks second. Until this article was uploaded, the music video views had exceeded more than 30 million views. Indeed, Han So Hee's charm in the music video is also an attraction in itself. 'Seven' is a passionate serenade with lyrics about wanting to be with loved ones all week, from Sunday to Monday. 

It is addictive melodies, acoustic guitar and 'British garage' rhythms (electronic music created in England in the early 1990s). On the other hand, Jungkook appeared as the first runner in the GMA '2023 Summer Concert Series' which was held in Central Park, New York on the 14th and performed the 'Seven' stage for the first time.
