VERIVERY's Yeonho Forced to Absent from Fan Concert in Taiwan, Affected by Tonsillitis

Unsatisfactory news came from one of the VERIVERY boy group member, namely Yeonho. The idol was forced to be absent from the fan concert schedule in Taiwan due to a declining health condition. Quoting from Soompi on July 22, 2023, according to a statement issued by the Jellyfish Entertainment agency, Yeonho was diagnosed with tonsillitis after arriving in Taiwan.

As a result, he will be absent from the two group schedules with VERIVERY. Namely the fan concert titled 'DREAM SHOP' which was held in Taipei, Taiwan today, and the fan sign schedule the following day. The following is the contents of the official statement letter from Jellyfish Entertainment regarding Yeonho's health condition.

"Hello, this is Jellyfish Entertainment. This is an announcement regarding the schedule for member Yeonho in Taiwan. Due to his health condition, Yeonho visited the hospital shortly after arriving in Taiwan. He was diagnosed with tonsillitis. The medical staff advised him to get enough rest, "explained Jellyfish Entertainment.

They continued, "Respecting the medical staff's decision regarding Yeonho's condition, we have decided that he will not be participating in the '2023 VERIVERY FAN-CONCERT [DREAM SHOP] IN TAIPEI' event, and the subsequent fan sign events scheduled for July 22 and 23, 2023." The agency also apologized to fans for causing concern to them due to this sudden news. 

"We promise to do our best to help Yeonho recover his health condition. Thank you," concluded Jellyfish Entertainment. Hearing this news, of course, made the fans feel sad. However, they wish Yeonho a speedy recovery and be able to greet fans again in the near future. " Get well soon, Yeonho, please take care of your health ," said one fan.
