The South Korean band DAY6 will make a comeback to greet their fans after 4 years. Now, they will appear as a group by holding a concert. So, where will they hold the concert? Come on, take a peek at the article below! Korean band DAY6 will reunite as a complete group for a special year-end concert.
DAY6 will reportedly hold a solo concert at Seoul's Hwajeong Gymnasium at the end of December 2023. This concert was significant because it marked the band's first musical performance as a complete team after their respective military service periods.
Leader, vocalist, and guitarist Sungjin completed his military service in September last year, while vocalist and bassist Young K completed his military duty in April this year. Additionally, drummer Dowoon completed his mandatory military service in July, and Wonpil enlisted in the navy and transitioned to civilian life on November 27, 2023.
This upcoming concert will be DAY6's first face-to-face concert with fans, known as My Day, in four years since their performance in December 2019. Their existing songs, such as 'You Were Beautiful' and 'Time of Our Life', gained new popularity during their military hiatus. This results in high expectations for ticket demand as new fans join their existing fan base.
This concert is also expected to feature live performances that have never been performed before, thus further increasing anticipation among potential viewers. Prior to their highly anticipated concert, DAY6 will appear on KBS Cool FM's ' DAY6's Kiss the Radio ' hosted by Young K at 10pm on November 28, 2023.
