GOT7 member Mark Tuan made a request ahead of Christmas: stop sending gifts to his house! This was written by the singer of Just Right via his official X account (formerly Twitter), seen on Thursday December 21, 2023.
In a short article in English, Mark Tuan asked fans to stop sending letters and gifts to his home address. "I know this is all out of love but I would appreciate you if you stopped sending letters or packages to my house. Please, and thank you," wrote Mark Tuan in the tweet.
More than 1 million people saw Mark Tuan's writing. Ahgase (the name for GOT7 fans) then showered the article with various positive comments and support for Mark. Not a few of them think that people who send gifts or letters to Mark Tuan's private home address have violated the artist's privacy.
Fans also hope that other fans will respect Mark's personal life more by following this request. Mark Tuan is currently busy with his solo activities. He is currently preparing for an Asian tour entitled 'the other side' which will start in January 2024. Mark will appear in several cities in Southeast Asia and also South Korea.
These include Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Bangkok and Seoul. 'the other side' is a tour to promote the album of the same title which was released by Mark on August 26 2022. This song contains 20 tracks where all the song titles are written in lower case.
This album was then followed by an EP (mini album) entitled Fallin' which is Mark Tuan's latest release in 2023. In the 'the other side' tour, Mark Tuan performed approximately 22 songs on stage. Starting from the song entitled 'save me' which was placed as the opening stage until closing with a remix version of the song entitled 'Imysm'.
