South Korean boy group Super Junior is preparing to hold a concert in Indonesia next September 2024. The concert, which is part of the 2024 Super Junior Asia Tour, will be held on September 14, 2024 at Beach City International Stadium, Ancol, North Jakarta .
"2024 SUPER JUNIOR ASIA TOUR. [JAKARTA] BCIS, September 14, 2024," wrote the @SJofficial account quoted on Friday April 19, 2024. The concert, entitled 'Super Show Spin-Off: Halftime', will start in Seoul on June 22-23, 2024.
SuJu will go to cities in Southeast Asia, such as Bangkok on July 6-7, Singapore July 14, Ho Chi Minh on July 28, and Kuala Lumpur on August 3, 2024. The Super Show Spin-Off Tour: Halftime then continues in Taipei on August 17-18, then Hong Kong on September 6-7.
Jakarta is listed as the last city in Southeast Asia that SuJu will visit next September. iMe Indonesia has been confirmed as the promoter that will bring the group made by SM Entertainment to Indonesia. However, until now there is still no more detailed information regarding the price list and schedule for Super Junior concert ticket sales.
SuJu's latest concert comes about two years after the singer of the song Sorry, Sorry held a concert entitled Super Show 9 in Indonesia on September 17, 2022. A few months later, Super Junior returned to Indonesia as one of the line ups for the SMTOWN Live Jakarta 2023 concert which was held at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK).
A number of Super Junior members have also been seen visiting Indonesia several times for their respective solo or sub-unit projects. These include Super Junior-KRY's appearance at the Road to Allo Bank Festival 2023, Super Junior-D&E's concert in August 2023, Super Junior's Yesung solo concert in November 2023, and Super Junior-LSS's appearance at the Transmedia 22 Power Up Anniversary.
SuJu's solo and sub-unit projects in Indonesia have also been confirmed to be held this year, such as the Super Junior-LSS concert which was held on March 9, and Kyuhyun's solo concert entitled Restart on May 18, 2024.
