SM Entertainment's girl group aespa will soon make its debut on the Japanese music scene by releasing a single album entitled 'Hot Mess'. Reported by Naver on Monday June 3, 2024, aespa's Japanese debut single album 'Hot Mess' will be released on July 3, 2024 featuring 3 original Japanese songs.
Starting from the main song entitled 'Hot Mess' and other 2-b side tracks entitled 'Sun and Moon', and 'Zoom Zoom'. 'Hot Mess' itself is a dance song genre song with terrible effects. Featuring a signature saxophone sound wrapped in intense rap, it is hoped that it will be able to convey aespa's positive energy.
The song's lyrics contain subjective messages such as being yourself in living your life. The next song is 'Sun and Moon' which carries the R&B genre, with a sweet and soft atmosphere. The song's lyrics contain a message about togetherness which will lead them to a bright future.
Finally, the song entitled 'Zoom Zoom' closes aespa's Japanese debut single which was previously released as the theme song or soundtrack for the animated series 'Beyblade'. This song displays characterization from a point of view decorated with various elements from the animated series represented.
Meanwhile, aespa, who has just made a comeback with their first full album 'Armageddon', successfully captivated their listeners and fans with the syndrome of the main songs 'Supernova' and 'Armageddon'.
Not only do they dominate the domestic music charts, the two songs have successfully become a trending sound on various social media with a number of unique dance challenges that have been participated in by various groups. The music beat with a strong metal flavor concept displays AESPA's characteristics, accompanied by the members' unique and strong vocals.
Once again, aespa has succeeded in maintaining the story line and perspective of their music world with a story setting that is different from the others, which can only be done by aespa. On the other hand, following their Japanese debut, aespa will also hold a number of shows or concerts 'SYNK: PARALLEL LINE' by visiting several cities.
