EXO's Chen Shows Off His Rap Skills on 'The Seasons: Zico's Artist'

EXO's Chen recently appeared as a guest star on the variety show program ' The Seasons : Zico 's Artist' which aired on Friday June 14, 2024. On this occasion, Chen was present to promote his latest album entitled 'Door' which was officially released on May 28 2024. 

Known as EXO's main vocalist and having extraordinary vocal strength, Chen usually often sings ballads with high notes. However, in the latest episode of 'The Seasons' together with Zico, the singer born in 1992 showed off his other skills by singing Dynamic Duo's song 'Go Back'.

Quoting from the KBS Kpop YouTube channel , Chen successfully surprised the audience when he performed the rap part of the song 'Go Back' with full confidence. As if he were a rapper, not the main vocalist. Zico, who participated in the duet on the song, also encouraged Chen's performance by introducing his name as JD. 

From the beginning of the opening of the song, Chen non-stop fired off the lyrics of the song which he performed with the swag style of a group rapper. His pronunciation also sounded clear, even though he said it quickly. The audience cheered Chen on by waving their hands and enjoying his rap performance which was sharp and clean for a vocalist.

When the video of Chen's rap performance was shared, quite a few people left praise in the comments column. They recognize Chen's ability as an all-round idol. Not only is he good at singing, Chen can also replace the rapper in his group at any time.
