We have announced plans to intensify legal action due to indiscriminate posts and the malicious targeting of LE SSERAFIM has become excessive."
The agency said that because of this dangerous activity, it is raising its semi-annual notification in 2024 so that fans can be informed about the legal process and subsequent actions. It also apologized for the delay in sharing the status of this process, which was caused by the preparation of various legal complaints and the collection of evidence.

His party revealed that they have currently obtained evidence through reports from fans and by using all available professional methods, including assistance from domestic and foreign law firms. As a result, various posts and comments were collected, which became the basis for the company to file an official complaint with the investigating authorities.
The agency also revealed that the dangerous posts consisted of various activities that violated the artist's rights. These accusations include insults, defamation, and many other unlawful acts which also include all forms of malicious criticism, spreading false information, personal attacks, insulting comments, ridicule, and vulgar comments.
Furthermore, the agency stated that the posts and comments subject to legal action included several posts uploaded on online portal and community sites such as Naver, Nate Pann, theqoo, Dcinside, instiz, and ilbe, as well as social media platforms.
An official complaint has also been filed with the investigative authorities against the malicious posts and comments on the overseas platform and the channel's management. At the end of the announcement, the agency apologized for being late in providing updated information regarding the legal actions we had previously taken.
The agency also said an extensive investigation was carried out into those who wrote malicious posts and comments in online communities. The investigation ends with a guilty verdict, and violators are punished under the criminal law, facing a fine of up to 2 million KRW.
