Carrying the historical action genre, 'Queen Woo' tells the story of Queen Woo, an empress of Goguryeo. She faced serious problems when her husband, King Goguryeo, died suddenly.

Woo Hee must complete everything within 24 hours. In this drama , Kim Moo Yeol plays Eul Pa So, the resourceful prime minister of Goguryeo and the king's military general who overcomes his weaknesses and rises through the ranks.
