BLACKPINK's Rosé is currently busy promoting her new song in collaboration with Bruno Mars, "APT". One of Rosé's activities was appearing on YouTube Vogue to talk about her new song and share her favorite kimchi fried rice recipe.

In the video, Rosé mentions the ingredients needed to make her favorite fried rice. Rosé admits to adding sugar to kimchi fried rice, even though her mother forbids it because it makes it taste better. "All you need is kimchi, SPAM (canned meat), gochujang, olive oil, eggs, and rice.

Oh and sugar, which my mom said you don't need, but it makes everything better. Those are the ingredients for kimchi fried rice," Rosé enthusiastically shared. Rosé then started cooking by sautéing the kimchi and meat first. She then added a little gochujang to the sautéed kimchi.

Then the singer whose real name is Park Chae Young put the rice into the pan and stirred all the ingredients until they were evenly mixed. She also added a little kimchi water and sugar to it, to make it taste better. "I add kimchi water and sprinkle a little sugar into it," she said.

After the kimchi fried rice was finished cooking, Rosé continued her activities by cooking a half-boiled egg. The half-boiled egg was then placed in the middle of the fried rice as a topping. Not only that, Rosé also added coriander leaves on the edge of her fried rice. She admitted that she likes to eat kimchi fried rice with coriander leaves.

"You may think I'm crazy, but I usually enjoy it with coriander leaves," she said. When tasting the kimchi fried rice, Rosé seemed to really enjoy it. She said that her kimchi fried rice was delicious and she was proud to be able to make it. "I'm really proud of making it," concluded Rosé.
