BIGBANG's G-Dragon revealed his wedding plans after being involved in several dating rumors. BIGBANG's G-Dragon's closeness to female KPop actresses and idols has often been in the spotlight. Among them are BLACKPINK's Jennie, Han So Hee, and Lee Jooyeon, formerly of After School.
On Wednesday May 14, 2025, BIGBANG's G-Dragon appeared as a guest star on the YouTube show 'Halmyungsoo' hosted by comedian Park Myung Soo. On that occasion, Park Myung Soo carefully asked whether BIGBANG's G-Dragon had planned to get married.
As is known, BIGBANG's G-Dragon has stepped into his thirties and is almost entering his forties. This year, the singer of 'POWER' will celebrate his 37th birthday. Park Myung Soo's question also answered the curiosity of netizens and fans. BIGBANG's G-Dragon admitted that marriage is not his main priority yet.
The owner of the real name Kwon Ji Yong also does not want to rush into marriage. "It's not that I've never thought about it (marriage plans). I've thought about it at least once. However, right now, it's not my top priority," BIGBANG's G-Dragon said, as reported by Koreaboo.
During the chat, Park Myung Soo began to imagine BIGBANG G-Dragon's future wedding. Given his existence as a musician, he wondered who would get the chance to lend their voice and entertain the guests. BIGBANG's G-Dragon said that he had never received an offer to sing at a relative's wedding, even his family members.
As a result, he thought of singing a love song and congratulations on his happy day with his future wife. "I've never sung a congratulatory song at a wedding before. I wanted to sing for myself," BIGBANG's G-Dragon explained.
Meanwhile, BIGBANG's G-Dragon is busy with his Übermensch world tour schedule which will be held in several countries in Asia and Australia, including Indonesia. Fans can look forward to BIGBANG's G-Dragon's stage action at Indonesia Arena Jakarta on July 26, 2025.
