The Black Label's rookie girl group, MEOVV, has finally made their first comeback since their debut last September. MEOVV officially released their 2nd single album titled ' TOXIC ' on Monday November 18, 2024. 'Toxic' is one of the main songs from the double title track on the single album.

The music video for the title track 'Toxic' has also been officially shared via The Black Label's YouTube channel. In contrast to their debut song 'MEOW' which carries a song with a concept full of confidence, in their first comeback song 'Toxic' this time, Ella and friends talk about the roller coaster of feelings of being trapped in a toxic romantic relationship as the title of the song suggests.

The song 'Toxic' specifically presents a simple musical accompaniment, but highlights the unique vocal tones of the members. The lyrics of the song are sung entirely in English, not only adding to the emotional sensitivity of the song. However, it conveys the meaning contained in the song completely.

For the music video itself, it is presented with an emotional and sentimental concept, wrapped in black and white visuals that highlight not only the expressions of the members. But, the mellow vibe in the song. Like most songs about a toxic relationship, MEOVV reveals lyrics that mention wanting to run away from an unhealthy relationship.

However, the heart and mind always feel like they can't live without their lover. The thick emotional struggle is clearly depicted in every lyric and the expressive vocals of MEOVV members. Through this comeback song, MEOVV not only highlights their unique vocals. However, they also show a wider and different musical side from their previous debut single.

'Toxic' is also an emotional song that represents the feelings of music listeners out there who are facing the same problems. This comeback also feels more special because members Narin and Gawon also participated in writing the title track 'Toxic.' In addition to 'Toxic,' MEOVV's latest single album also features another title track titled 'Body.'
