Jeon So Min reveals she was cursed before leaving 'Running Man'

Jeon So Min was a guest star on Ji Suk Jin 's YouTube channel on December 13, 2024. This was the first meeting of the two artists in a long time after So Min left "Running Man" at the end of 2023. On that occasion, Suk Jin realized that So Min's physical condition had changed after leaving "Running Man". 

"We haven't met for a year. We only talk on the phone once in a while. Oh, you've lost a lot of weight," said Suk Jin. Suk Jin then asked if So Min went to a good dermatologist. "I go to dermatologists often," the actress replied. Suk Jin started to talk about So Min leaving "Running Man". 

However, So Min refused to use the term "leaving". "Actually, after Somin left 'Running Man'. This is the first time I've seen you," Suk Jin said. "No. Instead of using the word 'leaving,' how about the term graduation?" So Min asked.

Suk Jin was initially reluctant to mention graduation. "There is no such thing as graduation. It is true that he left ('Running Man')," Suk Jin replied. However, Suk Jin finally agreed to use the term graduation because So Min insisted on using it.

Suk Jin said that the "Running Man" members desperately asked So Min not to leave. "I tried to catch her, but she couldn't catch it. Not only me, but everyone caught it," said Suk Jin. So Min revealed that she was even cursed at before leaving "Running Man". 

"Oppa caught it, almost like a lover's pattern, and then he even cursed at me," So Min revealed and Suk Jin immediately gave an explanation. "I just said, 'If you leave, it will be difficult, think again, have you made a decision?'. Like a parent who is worried about their daughter becoming independent. 

I said this because I was really worried," said Suk Jin. When Suk Jin used the term quit again, So Min corrected him again. “I graduated rather than saying I quit,” So Min interjected. “There’s a pain in my heart,” Suk Jin replied. 

“Oppa, so lately, the mood has been much better, right?” So Min replied. Suk Jin also revealed that So Min must have had a hard time after leaving "Running Man". "I also miss you so much because you left so quickly. We are very heartbroken," said Suk Jin and So Min again refused to be said to have left.
