Barbie Hsu's sudden passing is still a topic of conversation. The latest news is that the Taiwanese actress will be buried soon. Before she died, Barbie apparently had a message regarding how she wanted to be buried naturally. However, this reportedly invited criticism from neighbors.

Barbie Hsu's body, who died at the age of 48, has been cremated and is currently being kept at the family home. It was reported that Barbie's ashes, also known as 'Big S', will be scattered through a tree burial, which was a request from the deceased according to her sister.

"We sometimes talk about life and death and each has their own thoughts. My sister once said that if she were to die, she would prefer a natural burial because it is more environmentally friendly. "So we're in the process of implementing it.

The ashes are now in-house and once approved, we'll return them to nature," Dee Hsu said, according to her manager, as reported by Next Apple. Vn Express reported that an alternative method of burying ashes close to nature is gaining popularity in Taiwan.

Tree burial involves planting a tree in a cemetery with the ashes placed in a cotton or biodegradable paper bag under its roots. It is done without a tombstone or engraved name. Although it is considered more environmentally friendly and supports nature conservation, it is said that some neighbors do not agree with this method.

On social media, there was a comment from one of them who protested if Barbie was buried in this way around the house which is an apartment complex. He considered that it was selfish and could cause discomfort.

"To be respected, one must first show respect! The deceased deserves peace. If you live in a private villa, you can store a lot of ashes without worry, but please do not sacrifice the quality of life of the apartment residents because of your selfishness," the neighbor wrote.

Barbie Hsu, whose real name is Xu Xiyuan, passed away after a vacation to Japan. Her sister confirmed that her sister had the flu and pneumonia. In addition to her husband, DJ Koo, the woman known as San Chai in the Taiwanese series Meteor Garden also leaves behind two children from a previous marriage.
