BLACKPINK's Jisoo was a guest star on the YouTube program "Salon Drip 2" on February 4, 2025. On that occasion, the idol born in 1995 shared insights into her new role as CEO of her own agency after leaving YG Entertainment.

Jisoo revealed the difficulties she experienced while being the CEO of the agency. "The biggest problem was dealing with settlements. Now I can see everything. Even things like buying a mouse have to be approved," said the idol.

Jisoo continued, "I thought, 'Do I need to know about this too?' At first I told them, 'I want to see everything.' That's how this whole mouse thing came about, and I thought, 'Why didn't they just buy a good one from the start?'."

Jisoo also reflected on the past where she was labeled as a weird trainee at YG Entertainment. "The staff told me, 'We've never seen someone like you.' It felt like I did things freely that other trainees wouldn't do because I was afraid of being scolded," said the "FLOWER" singer.

Jisoo recalled the times when staff asked her to lose weight. "When they told me to lose weight, I would say, 'I like my chubby self. Health is beauty, I will take care of it myself,'" she revealed. "They said I couldn't talk back. They called me weird," Jisoo added.

The idol admitted to sneaking into a convenience store, adding, "There's even a photo of me running in front of the convenience store when I was a trainee. I ran because I was afraid of being caught by the staff. The members would eat with me and run for me too."

Hearing that, Do Yeon Do Yeon expressed her concerns about body management considering Jisoo's profession as a top celebrity. The idol honestly answered, "Stage outfits show a lot of skin so weight changes are very visible."

"During the tour, I don't gain any weight at all. It's too obvious in my clothes. But during breaks, I just wear pajamas. Sometimes I surprise myself in the shower, seeing how much weight I've gained," she continued.

Next, Jisoo also discussed giving BLACPINK members a tip about her new song release on February 14, 2025. "The members have a lot of activities abroad, so everyone except Lisa has heard it. I haven't seen Lisa in a long time. The others said it was good and suited me. I told them 'I need your support'," she said.
