The Billboard charts revealed that CORTIS' new EP, "GREENGREEN," had ranked 42nd for the third consecutive week on the Top 200 Albums chart, which ranks the most popular albums in the United States on June 2, 2026 local time.
"GREENGREEN" first debuted at number 3 before dropping to number 30 last week. Quoted from Soompi, in addition to being CORTIS' first album to break into the top 10 of the Billboard 200, "GREENGREEN" is now also the group's first album to spend three weeks in the top 100.
"GREENGREEN" also remains strong at No. 2 on the Billboard World Albums chart and No. 3 on the Top Album Sales chart, meaning it is the third best-selling album of the week in the United States.
Meanwhile, CORTIS's title track, "REDRED," climbed back up to No. 26 on the Billboard Global Excl. US chart and No. 60 on the Global 200 for its fifth week on both charts. Finally, CORTIS reached No. 27 on the Billboard Artist 100, marking their seventh week overall on the chart.
Cortis itself is a boy group from South Korea formed by Big Hit Music, a subsidiary of HYBE Corporation. The group consists of five members consisting of Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon, and Keonho.
They debuted on August 18, 2025 with their first single titled What You Want. Before their debut, the group was known by the temporary name BIG HIT N BG (Big Hit New Boy Group).
The group also released a mini-album on September 8, 2025, along with their third single, "Fashion." Then, on September 28, 2025, the music video (MV) for "Lullaby" was released and received widespread attention on social media.
On February 13, 2026, Cortis released the song "Mention Me," which will be the soundtrack for the upcoming American animated film Goat. Despite being relatively new, Cortis has proven their quality. In January 2026, the boy band attended the 40th Golden Disc Awards.
They won the Best New Artist award alongside co-ed group AllDay Project, and were later nominated for Best K-pop New Artist at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards while "Go!" was nominated for Favorite TikTok Dance.
Cortis was also named a Friend of the NBA to help promote the league in Asia and was announced as the headliner for the 2026 NBA All-Star Game, becoming the first K-pop group to perform at the event.
